This Caribbean holiday villa`s dining table seats 6 people very comfortably. Bayview Villa`s dining area has large doors, which open fully and offer views of the ocean, the magnificent Turks and Caicos sunsets and also capture the cooling breeze.
Bayview Villa, at the highest point of Ocean Point, Providenciales (Provo), Turks and Caicos Islands, is built in two sections offering you added privacy for your vacation with two of the bedrooms standing separate from the main house and connected to it by an open deck. A stairway leads to the thatched gazebo and direct ocean access.

As you drive up to this magnificent coral stone vacation rental villa, you will be awed by its impressive architectural design, beautifully positioned amid colorful tropical gardens.

This vacation villa rental has a separate bedroom wing containing two king bedrooms and two baths, with three more bedrooms and three baths in the main structure of the house giving a total of five bedrooms. Each of the beautifully decorated bedrooms has a king sized bed, and of course all bedrooms have private ensuite bathrooms.

You will find a beautiful, uncrowded beach just a couple of minutes walk from this Turks and Caicos vacation rental. The Caribbean sea, which gently laps this white sand beach is shallow for quite a distance out and therefore quite safe for adults and children of all ages.

Note: The air conditioning is metered in order to discourage use with the doors and windows open. It is not expensive if used judiciously and you are not charged for the first $200 per week in usage, after which there is a charge of 28 cents per kilowatt hour. There is a separate, easy to read, digital AC meter where you may monitor AC usage if you wish. The meter is located in the broom closet to the right as you enter the holiday villa. There are several air conditioning systems in this vacation villa, so you only need to cool certain parts as needed.

Bayview Villagets a comfortable, almost constant trade wind, so it would be rare to exceed the AC allotment during your vacation.
