This impressive 5 bedroom, 5 bathroom luxurious villa is located in Guana Bay, within walking distance of Guana Bay Beach.
The villa has been furnished with contemporary designer furnishings from Europe and has been designed to provide all necessary amenities to please our guests.

The villa is set on two levels. The upper level is the main part of the villa offering 4 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. There are three independent equal master bedrooms each with wonderful views, en-suite bathroom and Queen size bed. There is an additional bedroom next to the living area that offers 2 sets of bunk beds (sleeps four) with wonderful views and an en-suite bathroom.

The air-conditioned living room is exquisitely furnished. The fabulous gourmet kitchen offers exquisite granite countertops and is fully equipped with modern deluxe stainless steel appliances.

Large sliding glass doors open onto an outdoor extensive terrace area. The terrace area offers a private pool, an outdoor covered dining area that seats 12-16 persons, a private gazebo with an additional dining area for 4 persons right next to the pool and a Jacuzzi.

The lower level of the villa offers the fifth bedroom with 2 sets of bunk beds (sleeps four) with garden views and an en-suite bathroom. In addition, there is an outdoor shower, large garage area to include a ping pong table and basket ball hoop, laundry room and a full generator.

The villa’s extensive space, rooms, patios, outside terrace, Jacuzzi, gazebo and private pool join together creating a wonderful harmonious flow throughout and are bordered by a luxuriant garden.

The master bedroom opens onto the spacious terrace and pool area with a stunning views of the azure ocean.		Master Bedroom 2 – The 2nd Master Bedroom is independent and offers a queen-size bed, air conditioning, ceiling fan, flat screen satellite TV and spacious closet space. 	Bedroom 5 – The guest bedroom is located in the lower level of the villa, accessed by stairs going down from the terrace/pool area and offers two sets of bunk beds (sleeps 4), air conditioning, ceiling fan and closet. The bedroom has an en-suite bathroom equipped with shower, single sink and modern cabinets.
	Living/Dining Room: The living area is furnished with contemporary designer furnishings from France offering wonderful views of the ocean. The indoor living area is bright and crisp with 18 ft. high white wood plantation ceilings offering a comfortable sitting area and in-door dining area for 6-8 persons. Large glass doors open onto the pool area which offers an outdoor covered dining area for 12-16 persons.
	Kitchen: The impeccable kitchen is equipped with granite counter tops, state-of-the-art deluxe appliances, electric stove/oven, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator with ice machine, toaster, blender, coffee maker and a full supply of china, glasses, cooking utensils, crockery and pots.
	Pool: The private oval-shaped pool area offers a spacious terrace area surrounded by chaise lounges for the guests to sun bathe and soak in the pool while enjoying the breathtaking views of the ocean. In addition, there is an outdoor covered dining area that seats 12-16 persons, an additional dining area for 4 persons by the gazebo located, Jacuzzi and large gas BBQ grill.
