Built in the early 1930’s, this one bedroom authentic adobe Casita is what everyone coming to Santa Fe longs for – kiva fireplace, vigas and all the Santa charm one could ask for in a property.
Sit and enjoy the roaring fire and watch your favorite movie on the large flat screen TV in the living room. This small, intimate home with an open living room and kitchen has all you need to enjoy Santa Fe whether here for work or leisure. Off the kitchen is a cozy sitting room with day bed in case you have friends come to visit. The bedroom offers a queen size bed and there is a full bath for you and your guests to share.
The house has a stackable washer and dryer as well as a dishwasher.
For the cook, there is a nice propane grill out on the walled in and private courtyard where you can dine outdoors and listens to the birds. You are in a quiet neighborhood just a short walk to the Plaza, the Rail yard or historic Canyon Road. Owner may consider a small pet.
Minimum night stay may be required during peak seasons.
