Now available! Our newest vacation home Viscaya is located in SE Cape Coral on a freshwater canal with southern exposure. This nicely decorated home will provide plenty of space for a large family and can easily accommodate two families vacationing together.
Viscaya is one of our larger vacation homes, featuring 4 bedrooms, 3 baths (one bath accessible from pool deck only), a large family room, formal dining room, living room, large kitchen with breakfast nook, and plenty of space for the larger family.
The outside living space features a large patio table with chairs, a bar area, television, solar heated pool and view of the canal. The backyard is fenced-in on all sides, except the canal side, to offer an unobstructed view and plenty of space to fish off the dock or sea wall.
The living room offers two reclining chairs, and a sleeper sofa and direct access to the pool deck and lanai.
The oversized family room has a big screen TV, XBox, wifi internet access, two reclining sofas, comfortable lounge chairs, and access to the pool deck via large glass sliding doors.
The master suite features a king size bed, TV, pool access, and a large master bath with garden tub, shower, dual vanities as well as a TV.
Two more bedrooms have queen size beds and TVs, the 4th bedroom has two twin beds. The 3 bedrooms share one bath. An additional bath is located on the pool deck.

EACH ADDITIONAL ADULT OR CHILD 12 AND OVER IS AN ADDITIONAL $10.00 PLUS TAX PER DAY. PLEASE NOTE THE EXACT NUMBER OF GUESTS INCLUDING ADULTS AND CHILDREN AT TIME OF RESERVATION.

Check in time is after 4:00 PM and check out time is on or before 11:00 AM. Early check in or check out times may be available, but require prior approval by Agent.
Payment Terms and Conditions: A 20% non-refundable reservation deposit is required and will be applied against the total amount due. The final rental payment is due 30 days prior to Guest arrival and is non-refundable at that point. Should the 30 day deadline fall on a Saturday, Sunday, or Holiday, the final rental payment will be charged on the last business day prior to the 30 day deadline.
All rates are plus 11% tax.
