We call this - Cabin 4 - First off, this is not really a cabin - it`s a luxury two-bedroom home that we market as a cabin. Located on the Ducktrap Retreat wedding and conference facility property in Lincolnville, this, like four other neighboring cabins, are offered for rent by the day on a three day minimum when the property is NOT being used for functions. These are the only listings that On the Water in Maine offers on shorter stays less than a week.
You`ll have access to the entire 35 acre gated property including the tennis court, basketball court and river pavilion. The large estate lawn is all yours as well. There will never be any functions going on at the property when this cabin is available for rent.
Nestled in the spruce trees, this cabin features a fireplace, two bedrooms (both queens), a full kitchen, dining area, and living room as well as two bathrooms with showers both ensuite. A back deck is a nice peaceful place to relax.
To get closer to the ocean and hang out at the beach, just take a short three minute walk to the public beach at the bottom of the road where great fishing and swimming can be enjoyed. A mile south, Lincolnville Beach offers even more beach as well as great dining, seafood and scenery. The Whales Tooth Pub serves beer and wine from the local brewery and vineyards located right in Lincolnville. The Village of Camden is a short drive to the South and the village of Belfast is a short drive to the North. Both communities offer many recreational, dining and shopping amenities.

No Smoking is permitted anywhere on or inside of any of our rental properties nor are those who may partake in tobacco smoking allowed to occupy any of our properties.
Occupancy may not exceed what is posted for each home. Maximum occupancy could include infants and children.
Boat Rentals and other amenities offered through On the Water in Maine Inc. are not available at all the properties we offer for rent. Boat Rentals through Maine Watercraft Rentals Inc. are offered Sunday morning to Friday after 4pm and include free delivery to the property. Check with an agent to find out what boats are available to rent at this property, or, when you process the booking here online, only the boats available for the property will be listed as available to rent.
