Trafalgar Village is a lovely, secluded neighborhood just off Poincianna blvd in Kissimmee, Florida and is perfectly placed for the shops, restaurants, fun and attractions that Orlando has to offer.
The Community has a stunning clubhouse with a 50 seat theatre and an excellent range of amenities including full fitness center, volleyball court, sand beach.
This a newly built and furnished colonial style home with large screened patio area and private pool overlooking conservation area and only 15 minutes from Disney. With 5 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms, this fully air-conditioned, family friendly vacation home is perfect for families or for a group of friends golfing or vacationing.
This Vacation Home has a large family room with 47" HDTV with access to over 200 cable TV channels, and HD DVD player. There is also a separate living room with a queen size sleeper sofa bed. The beautiful dining room is open to the fully equipped kitchen and has patio doors that open directly onto the pool deck.
The pool area has a screen enclosure, underwater pool lights, and a covered lanai. You can sit in the sun or the shade, enjoy the pool and the view of the nature reserve beyond it or eat al fresco on the lanai!
For a little more fun, the attached garage has been turned into a games room with an electronic dartboard and fooseball! There is also a comfortable sofa and a TV with a Playstation 2 and dozens of games!
On the main floor, there is a spacious queen bedroom with an shared bath. Upstairs, there are two king bedrooms each with ensuite bathrooms with walk in showers and 24" HDTV`s. The other two upstairs bedrooms have two twins beds each. These rooms share a hall bath with tub and shower. This home has a pack and play crib as well. There is even a queen sleeper sofa, for when your group needs a few extra spots to lay their heads! Utility room with full laundry facilities.Telephone with free local and nationwide calls in the USA. Tranquil setting. Relax on the front porch or the pool area after a hectic day out at the theme parks. There are golf clubs avilable for you use as well!

Trafalgar Village has its own clubhouse with an exercise room, meeting rooms, computer room, movie theatre, games room, pool and spa (not all amenties are always available).
Trafalgar village is a golfers dream with several courses less than 30 minutes away! Orlando International airport is 45 minutes drive away, Disney is about 25 minutes away. The Gulf coast beaches can be reached in about 90 minutes while to the east, Kennedy Space Centre and Cocoa beach can be reached in about an hour.
