Oceano Sueno - Luxury Beachfront Boutique Condominium

Property Information
Oceano Sueno (Ocean Dream) is located in a small 10 story mini boutique tower of just 28 units on a cul-de-sac in a very quiet area.

The complex is newly constructed being completed in 2008. Our 1800SF condo is a corner unit on the 9th floor which affords from three separate balconies spectacular views of the ocean with breathtaking sunsets, the mountains and the early morning sunrises and the marina.

Relax in the heated beachfront infinity pool with two separate Jacuzzi tubs. Work out in the ultra modern gym while taking in the ocean views. Just steps away a picturesque beach awaits. Stroll and feel the soft sugar sand underfoot or walk out on the nearby breakwater and reach out to the sunset and capture the beauty of the Sierra Madre mountains that ring the Bay of Banderas.

While enjoying a cocktail or a meal on the terrace you will see the humpback whales and dolphins at play and ocean birds dive for a meal. Or simply just lay back on one of the lounges to relax and listen to the lapping of the waves.

In the early morning and evening you will see cruise ships majestically glide in and out of nearby Puerto Vallarta.

You are just steps away from the marina with all of its boats and magnificent yachts.
Over 10 restaurants are within a casual 5 minute stroll. Also nearby is Vallarta Adventures and swimming with the dolphins.

A golfing enthusiast will find the manicured Paradise El Tigre golf course just 1 mile away or simply walk to the nearby Mayan Palace course. If you like to jog or bike there are miles of palm-lined vistas that interlace the inland canal waterways of Nuevo Vallarta and the beautiful homes and villas.

A visit to the area would not be complete without experiencing the vibrancy, culture and charm of Puerto Vallarta which is a mere 7 miles (15 minutes) away. Walk the meandering malecon, follow the art walk to various galleries. Go to one of our recommended restaurants or simply �chaulkboard� a lunch or evening special. There are many shops selling a full spectrum of goods. Stop by the Mercado a two block maze of shops and barter for a bargain.

In the evening Puerto Vallarta excites the senses with outside music, performers on the malecon and fireworks as the local people and tourists come out and enjoy another beautiful sunset.

A stay at Oceano Sueno will leave one relaxed and rejuvenated and planning ahead on how soon you can return.

You will find only 3 units per floor. This translates to literally no foot traffic in the hallway. Nearby complexes are smaller in size and this along with the cul-de-sac location contributes to the quiet atmosphere of the area.

You will have an assigned parking space #901 in the gated underground garage that is located straight ahead as you enter the parking garage.

The center point of the property is obviously the beach�.JUST STEPS AWAY�.
nothing but pure sand, extremely clean with no rocks or debris to be found (the beach is manicured almost on a daily basis) and upon entering the water the depth recedes very gradually and there is nothing but velvet sand underfoot. A lapping type surf is to be found resulting in NO undertow.

The beach carries a �Green Beach� certification one of only a select few in all of Mexico. During June till November you may observe sea turtles coming ashore to lay their eggs.

There are many other beachfront properties advertised in the Puerto Vallarta area. However, the beach at many of these properties can be just a small ribbon of sand followed by an area of rock yards wide, both above the surface of the water and BELOW the surface. Not suitable for comfortable swimming.

Other properties also do not have direct beach access due to their location. Some properties are located in large gated communities where the particular property or condominium tower may have the beach accessed only after a walk of several hundred yards.

A very unique feature of the entire bay is located nearby. This is the breakwater entering into the marina at Nuevo Vallarta. It allows oneself to literally extend approximately 200 yards out into the bay to experience full 360 degree panoramic views. At the end of the breakwater there is a sitting area to enjoy. From this vantage point one can view boats of all types glide by just yards away. It is not uncommon to have dolphins meandering close by.

The breakwater is fully handicap accessible as it has a very wide level cement walkway its entire length.

On your arrival you will be met by our staff greeter and concierge, Alex, who will give you your keys and remotes and explain the condo in detail to you.
A full private complimentary concierge service is included. A brief summary of concierge services provided:

Side trips/tours arraigned Chef services arraigned
Masseuse appointments
Maid service is once per week. Additional maid service is available on request at $20 USD per day. A cook is available at a charge of $50 USD per day for two meals (B/L or L/D) plus food costs. Please contact concierge for reserving and payment.
Sleeping Accomodations: Our sleeping accommodations are as follows:
Master Bedroom - King bed and sitting area with a 42-inch flat screen TV and adjacent bath suite with a large walk in closet and digital safe. Slider opens to main terrace.
Guest Bedroom #1 One twin bed and one queen bed with a 40 inch TV. Large closet with digital safe. Balcony opens to views of the marina and mountains.
Guest Bedroom #2 Convertible queen sofa bed with a 34 inch TV. It has custom made thick privacy fold away doors. Large closet with safe. When not utilized as a bedroom this room is a sitting den that is part of the open floor plan of the living area. It has a balcony opening to views of the marina and ocean.
Maximum Occupancy: 7 persons No Pets
No Smoking (includes balconies) 50% deposit to reserve
Balance is due 8 weeks prior to arrival date A $250 USD/CAD security deposit required on arrival (refunded at checkout)

Up to 60 days 10% penalty if not rented. ($100 if rented) 60 to 30 days 25% penalty if not rented ($100 if rented) Less than 30

We presently have the time period of 1/21 till 2/2 (Check in/out dates) on special at $1,500 for any 7 night stay. This is for up to 4 persons. The extra person charges do apply.

 Kicked Back In Paradise We had a group of 7 including 3 teenagers and we could not have enjoyed a vacation any more. The location and views are beautiful, the convenience to attractions, dining, and entertainment can't be beat. Walking the beach then showering and getting in the pool was our normal routine. The best thing that I can say is that we hope to do it again soon.

The condo is located in a very quiet area, and during the week we were there, we only once were approached by time share people.
