Located in the Boca Paila section of the Sian Kaan Reserve, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, luxurious Casa Maya Kaan is situated on one of the most pristine and beautiful beaches in the area.
Casa Maya Kaan is exquisitely designed for groups of families and friends to get away and have an relaxing vacation. This home was created for those who expect the best in quality, but ask for the beauty and tranquility of the undisturbed Carribbean.
Besides an impeccable beach, Casa Maya Kaan also has the distinct advantage of direct access to Caapechen Lagoon. Sian Kaan offers world class saltwater fishing including bonefish, tarpon and permit.
With its protected natural beauty, one can observe birds such as the Tri-colored Heron, the Roseate Spoonbill and the Frigate in their natural habitats while surrounded by mangroves. Fishing, kayaking or float trips can easily be arranged at an additional charge. The Mayan Ruins of Tulum and Coba are both a short distance away.
This elegantly modern home has 4 bedrooms with 3 ensuite bathrooms. It has been furnished by the owners using traditional woods and Oaxacan fabrics with attention to comfortable family living and gracious detail. It has every modern amenity including Sky Television, internet, XBox 360, Wii, DVD, a small movie collection plus a chefs kitchen and four air conditioned bedrooms.
The downstairs has a large open floor plan with a living area which includes two queen sleeper sofas, TV area with a wide screen TV ideal for gathering , a grand dining room which seats 18 – 20 and a chefs kitchen designed with the ability to cook large meals as well as intimate family gatherings. There is one bedroom downstairs with a double bed and full private bathroom. The kitchen has all top appliances including a Viking stove, double ovens, Sub Zero refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, etc. A long zapote wooden bar between the kitchen and dining room provides a serving area as well as additional seating.
The upstairs has 3 master bedrooms:
Bedroom 1 has a king size bed and a large sitting area, with a built in sofa that can be made into a single bed for an added guest. There is a wide screen TV in the sitting area that can rotate to the bed area as well. The built in desk sits beneath a great window which provides a fabulous view of the turquoise waters of the Caribbean. The master bathroom has a round Japanese soaking tub as well as a walk in rain shower. The vanity area has a long counter with 2 sinks and sits beneath a window framing the ocean.
Bedrooms 2 and 3 have 2 queen beds each as well as 2 built in beds dressed as large sofas for additional sleeping. Each bedroom has a private shower and vanity area with 2 sinks each. The toilet is shared between the 2 bedrooms. You can sleep up to 6 people in each bedroom plus 3 in the master.
Bedroom 4 (downstairs) has a double bed and a full private bath.
Bedding:
1st bedroom: 1 king size bed + 1 built in sofa that can be made into a single bed
2nd bedroom: 2 queen size beds + 2 built in beds dressed as large sofas
3rd bedroom:2 queen size beds + 2 built in beds dressed as large sofas
4th bedroom: 1 double bed
Staff: A houseman and cook/housekeeper are live in. Meals can be prepared on request.

|
In order to reserve: payment of 50% of the rental + 50% of the security deposit should be done
The last payment has to be done 1 month before your arrival
For Christmas and New Year rentals second payment has to be done 60 days before arrival
Payments can be done via PayPal (+ 5% fee), or wire transfer to an USA account;
The lack of payment will result in cancelation of the reservation.
