Iroquois Loj - a beautiful, spacious retreat conveniently on 1.5 acres located approximately 1 mile from Main Street Lake Placid in the subdivision of Fawn Ridge. Loaded with extra amentities, the home has a living room w/gas fireplace, dining room, screened-in porch, 7 person outdoor hot tub, fire pit, large enclosed porch, fully equipped kitchen, laundry room, executive center w/computer (incl. wireless internet), kitchen TV/Computer for recipe lookup, family room, 6 oversized bedrooms (4 of which have their own bathrooms) plus additional sleeping on the pull out sleeper sofa`s (2), queen-sized standard height automatic air bed, single roll-away bed and porta crib. 3-7 night minimum depending on time period. $250 cleaning fee waived with a one week stay!

Check in time is at 4pm at Engel Volkers Lake Placid Real Estate office located at 2284 Saranac Avenue, Lake Placid. Please plan to arrive at our office at that time to retrieve your welcome packet which contains keys and directions to the property. If you plan to arrive after 5pm, kindly advise as alternative instructions will need to be provided for key pickup. Thank you!
