2366 Ocean Vista is perfect for a cozy, romantic oceanfront getaway or taking the kids to the beach and accommodates 6 guests. This cute oceanfront home is approximately 1100 square feet and has two bedroom and two baths. The new hardwood floor compliments the open and bright dining room and adjoining kitchen. The living room has large picture windows to take advantage of the breaking surf and stunning sunsets. On the beach side of the house is a wind-protected patio and a large yard for playing catch. You will enjoy views of the ocean from the master bedroom`s king bed. The second bedroom is furnished with a full size bed and bunk beds plus a TV for the kids. Between the two bedrooms is a bath with a shower and jetted tub. The second bathroom also serves as a laundry room off the garage. Bikes are available for your use. Keep in mind the additional cleaning charge of $85/winter and $100/summer ensures that your house will be spotless upon arrival <and that you will not be asked to spend more than 5 min on the check out procedure.

Minimum Stay Requirements
In July and August this home has a 4 night minimum for stays that go into or over weekends. We are flexible for shorter stays mid week OR if there is a opening between reservations for less than 4 nights. We do not take reservations for less than two nights at this time. During September through June there is a 2 night minimum excluding Thanksgiving and Christmas where the minimum is 4 nights. All reservations are subject to final approval by a reservation agent.
HOOD TO COAST - we are now accepting two night bookings over 8/22-26/2013 at this location. If you wish to add additional nights we are happy to offer a discounted rate on third, fourth, etc.
