Our lovely, air-conditioned, one bedroom/one bath, ground floor Maui Vista condominium suite (# 3106) beckons you to relax and live the easy island life style. Our condo is ideal for two adults or two adults and one small child.
There is so much to enjoy right here - 2 of the 6 free, championship tennis courts are just outside our front door and 1 of the 3 freshwater swimming pools is just steps from our lanai. The Maui Vista is one short block from magnificent Kamaole Beach I (pictured above), one of Maui's best, sunniest, safest, swimmable beaches.
It's an easy walk to local restaurants, a super market, a movie, and many local shops. There are 5 championship golf courses within a 4 mile radius, and we are just 2 miles from the upscale Wailea tourist area.
Take advantage of our recently completely renovated condo with new air-conditioner and two new quiet, efficient ceiling fans; all new kitchen appliances; new kitchen counter with tile backsplash; new carpeting,and drapes; new ceramic tile in kitchen, hall, and bath; new 25 inch TV and VCR/DVD; and new 5CD, AM-FM, tape stereo.
We live in Maui, at our condo, four months a year; we love it! For our use we expect and want the condo clean, functional, and well equipped (including beach chairs and beach umbrella). Because of our occupancy, you should and can expect the same.
In the low season (April 15th to December 15th) the nightly rent is $85 per night plus 11.42% tax. In the high season (December 16th - April 14th) the nightly rent is $115 per night plus 11.42% tax. The minimum stay is one week (7 nights) and we offer a 10%discount on stays of 28 nights or longer. There are no other charges.
